What does success look like

The Procurement Enablement and Staff Deals Co-ordinator reports to the Executive Manager Procurement Enablement

:


You will assist & support the Manager to cultivate beneficial partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders while identifying, escalating and mitigating supplier and business risk

:


Your team core responsibilities will include

:

Assist & support the Manager to cultivate beneficial partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders while identifying, escalating and mitigating supplier and business risk

:

-
Adhere to a cycle of reviewing, performance monitoring, reporting and analytics for Manager based on one supplier or a category of suppliers

:

-
Provide superior levels of internal and external customer service by responding to and managing Suppliers, CommBank employees and stakeholders' enquiries, complaints and issues

:

-
Assist in creating marketing plans & copy writing

:

-
Back up the Procurement Operations team to guide business users though our procurement processes (supplier on-boarding and Ariba)

:

-
Support the Executive Manager Procurement Enablement, in ad-hoc projects and requests

:

Tech savvy with superior skills in Microsoft Office tools

Knowledge of the procure to pay processes in such tools as Ariba or PeopleSoft is desirable
