About the role


This role will focus on the effective coordination of service management outcomes for the Managed Security Services practice and customers.

The Service Delivery Associate - Managed Security Services

MSS) will have a blended focus of pro-active tasks including but not limited to monthly business and customer reporting, queue monitoring, documentation, as well as assisting with customer incidents and service requests.


Duties

  • Coordinate the delivery of accurate service management reporting in accordance with the Service Governance reporting framework
  • Play an active role in customer onboarding coordinating service readiness tasks
  • Act as custodian of the central knowledge platforms, ensuring knowledge is accurate and reflective of client and broader practice needs
  • Ensure service management records are proactively maintained

Skills & experience

  • Ideally: ITIL Foundations V3
  • Preferred: ITIL Foundations V4 with additional ITIL Capability certifications
  • 12 years' experience in delivering customer outcomes
  • A basic understanding of managed services and experience in incident, change, & release management
  • Effective relationship building and communication skills both with clients and teams
  • Able to explain technical information and process to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Customerobsessed and a selfstarter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers
