About the Role
Rabobank has an opening for an Associate Desktop Support Analyst. You will join a highly engaged Workplace Support team centralised in Sydney.

The team consists of eight desktop analysts and two Senior Analyst who you will assist and leverage for guidance and training.

What will keep you busy:

Providing advice and guidance on all IT related matters for Rabobank staff in Australia and New Zealand
Ensuring business targets are delivered within agreed SLAs
Answering the ITI Workplace Support phone and accurately record all call details into the call logging system
Assigning Hardware (mobile, laptop, It Equipment) to staff and registering against their name within the CMDB

What you will bring to the role:

Experience in Technical Service Desk role (not essential)
Passionate about IT and Technology
Formal technical qualifications in Microsoft Technologies desired but not essential
Basic knowledge of PC Hardware
Knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer focus and desire for personal improvement
Australian citizen or Permanent Resident

The Workplace Support team work rotating shifts during ITI Workplace Support operating hours which are Monday to Friday.
