$165k - $180k base - 30 uplift on 2:1 roster plus super


The Opportunity

The Company


Our client is a very successful civil construction firm who specialise in reinforced concrete and civil infrastructure throughout Western Australia.

Due to current expansion plans they are now seeking a Civil Supervisor for their growing successful business - this will be a site-based on 2:1 Roster.


Responsibilities For this Site Supervisor Role Include:

  • Provide Leadership and Supervision to Site Teams of crews consisting of 15-20 crew members
  • Scheduling and Coordination of daily Site Works
  • Leading a Safe Operational Culture
  • Responsible for the schedule and safety performance of their area of responsibility
  • Ensuring the provision of resources and support to enable the Project to function efficiently and effectively
  • Assist with the development and review of the Project weekly lookaheads
  • Regularly engage and provide detailed reporting through to the project management team
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems and lead contingency plans.
  • Adhering to KPI's both internally and from our valued clients.

Key Requirements:


  • Bridge experience ideal but not necessary
  • Cclass license is required.
  • 5 years supervisory experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Experience in detailed earth works, concrete and formwork.
  • Strength in reading, interpreting & following drawings.
  • Computer literacy skills using MS packages including excel
  • Ability to supervise multidisciplined workforce.
  • Strong client focus
  • Have a high safety focus.
  • Willingness to undertake training as required relevant to the position.
  • Previous Experience in FRP
