About the role


As the Digital and Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive support for our organisation.

You will oversee all aspects of our brand's online marketable presence, ensuring consistent messaging, strong visual identity, and compelling storytelling across various digital platforms.


A key focus of the role will be the development and delivery of a marketing strategy to improve brand awareness and increase the client basis of Frank Samways Veterinary clinic.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned to LDH's overall strategic goals and brand positioning.
  • Work closely with the Director of Veterinary services to develop and execute a digital marketing strategy and plan to increase Frank Samways Veterinary Clinic brand awareness and customer base.
  • Manage and optimise the LDH and Frank Samways website, ensuring it is userfriendly, uptodate, and aligned with our brand identity.
  • Plan and deliver successful adoption drives/campaigns throughout the year, using social media and digital communications. Liaise with the Head of Media and Government Relations to also incorporate traditional media where possible.
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the business to ensure all marketing, including digital and social media marketing, campaigns align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Stay uptodate with digital marketing trends and identify innovative opportunities to enhance our online presence.

About you


You will be an enthusiastic and competent marketing manager who has extensive experience in developing and executing marketing and brand strategies.

As this is a new role, you will welcome the opportunity to take ownership of developing and delivering on a successful marketing plan for the Home.

Strategic in approach and target-driven, you will have worked to KPIs tied to uplifts in business or organisational outcomes and brand awareness and so be able to demonstrate your past successes.

Animal welfare will be your passion, but achieving tangible outcomes will be your driver.


In addition, you will also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and/or
  • At least five years of consistent experience across digital marketing and brand management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
  • Passion for animal welfare and empathy towards the vision and purpose of The Lost Dogs' Home.
