The Role:
THIS ROLE WILL HAVE A SUPPORT PERSON TO ASSIST
A general overview of responsibilities are as follows:
- Maintain regular, close contact with current clients and tenants
- Conduct periodic inspections of managed properties
- Prepare ingoing/outgoing condition reports
- Monitor and action rent arrears daily
- Organise repairs & maintenance to managed properties
- Rent reviews & lease expiries
- Book and conduct open homes and/ or private viewing, as needed.
