About the role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Officer to represent this highly regarded brand in their Collections team.
You will be responsible for;- Claim follow ups and claim entry's
- Managing disputes on invoices/claims
- Customer Service
- Inbound calls
- Reconciliation of key accounts
- Processing credit card payments
About you
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience
- Advanced Excel and exposure to ERP systems
- Prior experience working in a highvolume environment
- High attention to detail
- You are accustomed to working towards deadlines
- You are a customer focused person with good communication skills
