We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a sense of urgency and a methodical approach to managing their sales pipeline.

As this role will largely be on the road it necessitates that you will be a highly motivated, extremely well organised and a comfortably independent self-starter.

There is a collaborative team element along with internal sales to help manage repetitive orders.


You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by growing and maintaining an active client base across your respective region through profitable sales (GP to revenue), share of wallet (existing accounts) and new business development.

To be successful, you will have to demonstrate a structured sales discipline in your call cycles to establish long-term business relationships, understanding of customer's buying patterns and timing of spend in order to maximise any growth opportunities.


This position is suited to a sales professional that can listen to the customer's needs and find mutually agreeable solutions through your ability to influence and negotiate.

While a background in either business-to-business building, manufacturing product sales or long-lead item distribution (e.g. steel, aluminium etc. ) could be an advantage, it is not essential. A market competitive package is on offer and will depend upon your experience and organisational fit.
