Ashley Services Group, consists of four Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) delivering high quality nationally accredited training through both workplace and classroom delivery modes.


The training division also consists of a curriculum company that produces high quality training and assessment materials, which are developed in partnership with industry experts in the specific field of study.


Although training coverage is National, main delivery is focused in QLD, VIC & WA where they provide tailored and innovative training programs to some of Australia's leading organisations and the job seekers market alike.


The Role

This is a new and exciting national role that has evolved as a result of recent growth in our business.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a sound work ethic.

This role will be based in Melbourne at our Gladstone Park office.

Student Experience

  • Implement, monitor and review compliance activities across all areas of the student experience including:
  • Marketing
  • Enrolment
  • Student Support
  • Training and Assessment
  • Completion
  • Regulatory Compliance

State Funding Contracts

  • Ensure all compliance activities meet the requirement of the relevant state funding contract
  • Keep up to date with any updates to state funding contract requirements

Compliance System Administration

  • Run monthly compliance reports
  • Responsible for assisting with compliance system administration tasks as directed by the National Compliance and Quality Manager
  • Responsible for document management within the document management system
  • Responsible for issuing compliance notifications as directed by the National Compliance and Quality Manager

General Compliance Activities

  • At times, there will be additional compliance tasks that you will need to assist with as directed by the National Compliance and Quality Manager

Qualifications:


  • TAE40110/TAE40116;
- higher level VET qualifications


Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in VET in a similar role;
- be willing to learn new systems and processes;
- have an understanding of the Standards for RTO's 2015;
