Duties:


  • Answer telephone calls and provide information and advice on products and services. First point of contact with clients, suppliers and visitors. General correspondence with clients and suppliers.
  • Prepare quotes and orders for client's functions and events.
  • Accurately take down and process customer orders; ensuring all information is correct and confirmed with clients, through our online ordering and file management system.
  • Assist Management in organising and preparing for functions, including preparing running sheets, organising access to site, and delivery for clients, liaising with clients, organising staff for functions.
  • Work with management to achieve goals and tasks. Assist in ensuring the company's reputation is upheld and doing your upmost to ensure orders and procedures run smoothly.

Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, with high call volume and client requests.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience with good computer skills.
