Collar Group has been retained by one of our National Key Accounts to source a Recruitment Mobilisations Administrator to join their Subiaco Office.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS (but not limited to):
- Recruitment
- Ability to work closely with internal management team to understand
shortlisting, interviewing
- Mobilisations organising medicals, PPE, contracts, inductions, site access for both new
- Liaise with client and client site contacts to ensure mobilisation deadlines are met,
booked prior to mobilisation
- Notify personnel of mobilisation flight locations, times, and accommodation
- General Administration duties, answering incoming calls, timesheet processing etc
- Collection, checking and filing daily timesheet
- High level customer service to both internal and external clients
- Preparing and maintaining accurate information on roster system and personnel folders
- Ensuring 100% compliance and reporting on compliance
- Roster management
- Management of flights and accommodation
- Updating training matrix
- Assisting with project Document Control
- Provide administrative support to leaders across the group as required
- Ensure the efficient operation of the site by maintaining records, document control,
- Thinking outside the box to provide solutions when obstacles are thrown your way
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- At least 2 years' Recruitment/Mobilisation Coordinating experience preferably in Mining or Construction Industry.
- Previous experience in end to end Mobilisation of personnel
- Previous experience working with the resources sector, in a similar role
- Experience as Mobilisation Administrator, Coordinator, Project Support etc is advantageous
- Very high attention to detail
- A positive mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work functions
- Highly selfmotivated, methodical, and organised
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of OPMS would be seen as a definite advantage
- Previous experience in ENABLE or travel booking software
- Previous experience in site based travel bookings
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills essential
- Excellent level of competence with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good sense of Humour
