About the role


We have an opportunity for a
Quality Assurance Manager to be part of our Business Support team within the Professional Standards Command.

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the delivery of business compliance services and provides quality advice and support on audit and compliance functions, business planning and continuity, with a specific focus on strengthening quality performance.

This position coordinates and implements quality assurance programs and best practice, business plan development and continuity planning to improve performance and functions including operations, human resources and finance.


The position is also responsible for providing advice on resolving Work, Health and Safety (WHS) issues and working closely with the commands/business units to champion the implementation and understanding of safety systems and programs relating to WHS.

Target Question 1:


The Quality Assurance Manager works across Commands and business units to ensure best practice across safety systems, business continuity, and WH&S.

Outline your experience in both implementing and managing business continuity and WH&S programmes.


Target Question 2:

This role requires you to work across internal and external stakeholder groups to conduct compliance audits.

Describe your experience in managing compliance audits, providing an example of a situation where you identified non-compliance and how you addressed the issues.
