They are highly skilled in satisfying investor requirements in the day-to-day management, compliance, and financial reporting areas._

Your New Opportunity:

***The Facilities Manager will be accountable for leading a small on-site team and managing the day-to-day operations of an iconic, award-winning A' grade commercial asset. Rising 28 stories high, the building accommodates approximately 25,000 square metres of office space over 26 levels and approximately 1,500 square metres of retail space and two basement car parking levels. It has WELL rating certification and comprises chilled beam air conditioning, energy-efficient chillers and solar panels.


_Your responsibilities will include:
_


  • Maximising the net return and minimising all risk to the building owner
  • Administering, managing and responsible for all maintenance and operations of the building to the highest professional standards
  • Establishing effective relationships with all tenants and contractors
  • Assisting in the preparation and implementation of repair and maintenance budgets
  • Drawing up specifications and tender documents for engineering and operational needs
  • Responsible for Emergency Evacuation procedures
  • Overseeing tenancy alterations/fitouts, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and standards

Your Key Skills and Attributes:


  • You will be a wellpresented, capable Facilities Manager who has experience in managing commercial assets for at least 5 years
  • You will demonstrate a confident technical appreciation in managing mechanical, BAS, Fire, Lifts, Energy Management, Capex, Compliance and Reporting systems.
  • A calm demeanour that is balanced and relaxed will fit in well with the team
  • Experience in leading and inspiring staff and promoting a quality and customeroriented approach.
  • Sound commercial acumen to track and manage Opex and Capex budgets
  • Taking pride in your work and recognising you make a difference to many
