About Our School Bus Driver's

We are currently looking to bring several new Casual Driver's into our existing team of exceptionally dedicated School Bus & Charter Driver's.

Opportunities exist at out Croydon Depot and are available for immediate starts

Our School Bus & Charter Driver's are responsible not only for their unwavering focus on safety and skillful driving, but also being able to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with students, parents and teachers alike.

They are friendly, approachable and committed to providing a safe and professional service. They are patient and understanding and most importantly, they really care

In return we offer on-going support and training to our drivers, top industry rates and stable employment in a secure industry.

We require individuals who have the flexibility to work with (at times) short notice.

With various roles available, we have positions that give consistent, 10, 15 or 20 hours per week, as well as 'on-call' positions for those who only want to work periodically around their other commitments.

What you need:
Join Ventura as a School Bus Driver at our Croydon depot. Enjoy stress-free work

Minimum MR Licence

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Customer focused individuals with the desire to provide assistance when required

A high regard for safety, road rules and regulations

Availability to work Monday to Friday morning and afternoons (Split Shifts)

Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Drivers Accreditation (DC), Working With Children's Card (WWCC) and Police Check

Experience working with youth or vulnerable people is highly regarded
