Our Client is the largest precious metal services group in Australasia. They design, manufacture and distribute precious metal products and related services.

Due to rapid growth, they are looking for an experienced Client Services and Operations Manager You will be joining a team that is unrivaled in experience and skill in the industry.

The role of the State Manager is to deliver exceptional customer experience, maximize revenue generation, optimise the profitability and operational efficiency of the Showroom.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Manager to join their close-knit team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an exclusive metal market business.

You will be passionate about delivering exceptional Leadership skills and an Exceptional customer service experience to local businesses and clientele within Melbourne.

Your experience in brand, consumer, and operations leadership will be the key to the success of the role.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Build longterm sustainable and commercially positive relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction
Drive Sales Revenue and Gross Margin from your State Sales Office through managing a highperforming team
Establish and maintain high standards of product and company knowledge
Pursue and/or participate in the identification and acquisition of new customer and or business opportunities
Ensure effective management and coordination of order processing and communications workflow with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency.
A strong work ethic and effective time management skills
High attention to detail
Welldeveloped computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft Office.
Jewellery experience preferred / however not essential
