The Opportunity


The Sales
Product and Support Lead is responsible for product training and knowledge across the Course Consultants' team and support the team to meet individual and business targets.


The scope of this role includes:

  • Create training modules to support new and existing Consultants
  • Proactively provide ongoing detailed training/refreshed training for existing and new Course Consultants
  • Support the onboarding of new Course Consultants
  • Identify and deliver the implementation of process/procedures to support the team
  • Deliver and train Consultants on new courses
  • Identify and recommend areas to improve to meet sales targets/conversion
  • Point of contact for partner queries and followups
  • Work closely with quality coach to identify gaps in product knowledge

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience within a fast-paced sales environment with demonstrated achievement of sales KPIs is essential
  • Exceptional Stakeholder management
  • Strong SME knowledge across products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with a diverse range of people
  • Motivated and passionate about sales with a keen interest in education
  • Strong commitment to personal excellence, selfdisciplined and resourceful with excellent attention to detail
  • A team player with a "cando" attitude, the ability to work in a team environment and strong customer service orientation.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills, with a proven ability to work well under pressure and work to targets combined with the ability to meet tight timeframes
  • Demonstrated ability to positively participate in the development of a culture that maximises employee and prospective student engagement
  • Competitive with a team focus and resilient nature
