Description

This role will be working closely with key SME's across the organisation and maximise employee engagement and the adoption of enhancements to existing processes and systems.

The primary responsibility for this role will be executing on change management strategies and plans that maximise employee engagement and the adoption of enhancements to existing processes and systems.

These improvements will increase benefit realisation, customer value creation, and the achievement of improved customer satisfaction results.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the change management strategies and plans to facilitate business transformation across the organisation. This will include changes in business processes, communications, technology and cultural change.
  • Assess and analyse business change impacts and change readiness, determine business needs, and support the development and delivery of effective communications and support services.
  • Support training efforts with the provision of input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs across various mediums such as facetoface, videoconferencing and elearning options.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
  • Forward plan and coordinate the development of change management programs, including training and tools and facilitate the development and delivery of presentations.
  • Integrate change management activities into program/project plans.
  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance and evaluate user readiness.
  • Support and engage leaders, consult and coach project teams, managers and supervisors.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the key change management elements in line with the principles of the ADKAR Change Management Model.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress and track and report on success and issues.

Highly desirable requirements:


  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Change management certification or designation desired including experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
