Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in IT, software development, or related sectors.
  • Strong ability to translate technical information into easily understandable text and illustrations.
  • Excellent command of English grammar and spelling, with a focus on Australian spelling conventions.
  • Experience creating documentation for a variety of audiences, including endusers, system administrators, and developers.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Visio.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
