About the team:


The Digital Channels, Payments and Security team is accountable for defining and delivering programs of work to digitise, automate & optimise key banking moments to improve the customer/banker experience, mitigate fraud & protect customers identity, data & money.

Our ambition is to serve customers well through simple, smart & safe experiences across digital channels.


About the role:


In this role as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world class, simple and intuitive payment experiences within digital channels.

You will partner collaboratively with domains across the enterprise to deliver prioritised changes that will strengthen customer and colleague experience whilst protect customers from fraudulent activities.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Work within cross functional teams to shape and execute on the prioritised backlog of initiatives which will deliver on digital channel roadmap
  • Defines what needs to be built in the form of initiatives, features and user stories
  • Agrees customer and commercial outcomes to be delivered in a cycle
  • Build trusted and influential relationships with episode domain teams to join the dots across the enterprise to deliver
  • Enabling delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track & report progress, measure success & learnings

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience

  • Minimum of 7+ years previous experience in Digital, Product and/or Customer strategy/experience/ planning functions
  • Demonstrable experience and a thorough understanding of Digital Payments
  • Experience developing, articulating and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieved the intended outcomes
  • Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
  • Experience with agile methodologies and requirements analysis
