Our client is a successful growing Fintech payments business and is looking to hire a Lead Application Support Specialist.

This role will be responsible for establishing and managing merchant requests, setting up SLA's for level 1 support providers, level 2 support for existing SLA's of Acquiring, supporting integration of new merchants, guidance on support technologies and knowledge transfer.

The client is working with the latest technologies Java 11, AWS serverless, infrastructure and development technologies and is committed to learning and development of their people.
