The Role


Our Aerospace Team in SE QLD requires an experienced Cyberworthiness Support Specialist to deliver support to our Combat Support Group (CSG) customer.


The Cyberworthiness Support Specialist will be responsible for:
Supporting the Defence Cyberworthiness Coordination Office (DCwCO) team with program administration, policy and secretariat activities (as required).


Assisting and supporting the appropriate Project Team in coordination of engagement activities with User Groups and other external stakeholders to ensure the DCwCO is established to align with agreed objectives and requirements.


Supporting effective communication and liaison processes with stakeholders (including DCwCO Management, User Groups and other external project stakeholders) as implemented.


Working closely with Defence Force Element Groups to ensure that cyberworthiness assessments are undertaken in alignment with cyberworthiness system frameworks.

Assisting with the preparation of reporting mechanisms and ensure they are communicated with internal and external stakeholders as required.

Undertaking secretariat duties for DCwCO meetings and working groups.

Carrying out other duties as deemed reasonable and appropriate to the role as directed from time to time.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

4 years' experience in Project Management or Support roles preferably within Defence;
Certification in project management or cybersecurity;
Strong written and verbal communication skills; and

Experience in secretariat duties for meetings and working groups.
