About You- Can you balance priorities to meet deadlines? Do you like to use your initiative? Do you have experience working in a Mental Health environment? You have knowledge of hospital & health care computer systems, with electronic scheduling experience
What you'll be doing- The Administrative Officer provides a comprehensive range of high-level administrative and public/customer relation support functions to support the achievement of the unit/department outcomes. Provide accurate, timely and efficient administrative support to staff and clinicians within the Acute Mental Health services and provides support for the Towards Zero Suicide Initiative. This is a key role involved in the recruitment process using ROB and requires excellent time management skills working across clinicians and Managers and is suited for the person who can work independently as well as part of a team to meet service needs and to achieve work priorities. The role is part of the wider Mental Health Administration team and reports to the Administration Manager through the Administration team leader for performance accountability. The day to day operational requirements of the role are supported by the Acute Mental Health Services Management team.
