The Opportunity:

The role is responsible for the management of the Virginia Food Safety System in line with SQF requirements and TAG policies as well as the site sanitation policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement


The Accountabilities:


  • Manage the internal QA Audit program including mock recalls and traces, this includes personally conducting audits and coordinating resource to conduct audits. Ensure appropriate corrective actions and improvements are made.
  • Provision of training and site communications to ensure awareness of and compliance to the Food Safety and Quality System
  • Develop and maintain an active best sharing network with key supplies, service providers and other TAG site
  • Manage annual HACCP reviews, including suitability and effectiveness of all CPs, compliance monitoring, PRPs etc.
  • Support Crisis management on site by reviewing policies and procedures and coordinating training and mock scenarios as required
