A regular day will see you:
- Opportunity to have great impact on the lives of patients and carers impacted by a cancer diagnosis
- Liaise and work closely with multiple stakeholders as we focus on embedding cancer support, wellness, and survivorship programs across the division
- A variety of programs across arts, relaxation, and exercise operating across the service
- Represent ONJ Wellness Center working closely with Austin Health foundation to foster relationships that allow the programs to thrive
About you:

Ideally, you'll have:
- A passion for leadership and caring for patients and families effected by cancer
- Excellent communication skills to engage with patients, carers, Wellness team, volunteers, and community
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams through program growth and change
- Critical thinking capability and able to engage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- A focus on innovation and continuing to grow Austin Health Wellness Centre services
- Ability to represent the ONJ Wellness Center in a public forum
