About the role:

We have a permanent opportunity for a Support Officer - Scheduling based at our Canning Vale offices.

As the first point of contact for crews, contractors and the Operations Centre, you'll be a pivotal player in delivering flawless service to our customers.


You'll coordinate and organise workflow operations to ensure safe and timely assistance while maintaining the timely dispatch of work orders to achieve service delivery KPIs.

Everyday, you'll be the go-to team member for dispatching field crews and contractors while providing overall direction to the service delivery team on achieving monthly targets.


What the role will involve:


  • Coordinate and organise work flow operations by acting as the main point of contact for field crews and supervisors to ensure safe, timely and customer
  • Maintain the timely dispatch of work orders to ensure all service delivery key performance indicators are achieved
  • Dispatch scheduled work to field crews and contractors for reactive and planned tasks on a daily basis
  • Monitor and adapt resource changes for field crews when operational requirements change
  • Respond to stakeholder enquiries

Key skills and experience:


  • You have considerable experience as a service delivery scheduler, and your stellar administration, coordination, and service delivery skills showcase this
  • You constantly promote a safety culture to advocate and drive safety within your team
  • Your flair for customer service helps you respond to stakeholder enquiries with kindness and confidence
  • Supporting Service Delivery is not new to you, and you can hit the ground running when it comes to PDAs, OMS, SAP, and Maximo
