About the Role

The geographic scope of this position covers Sydney, NSW Central Coast and Wollongong.

Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of homes and buildings.
Supervising the overall quality of the claims process.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Detecting and mitigating instances of fraud.
Attaining rapid resolution times and managing costs efficiently.
Serving as the primary face of our company and consistently delivering exceptional service.

About You
We are seeking a motivated individual who can thrive in various work settings, including both independent and team-oriented environments.

A proven track record in Home Claims Management or Home Assessing.
Proficiency and insight into the construction industry.
Familiarity with the terminology and procedures associated with claims and building.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A talent for establishing and sustaining robust professional relationships.
Exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
A strong determination to excel and advance within the Assessing Team and the broader organisation.
