About the opportunity


We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Administrator to join our team support a number of major water infrastructure projects and programs across Melbourne.

Based in our Tullamarine office (with some travel to site required).


This is a exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator who thrives working in a dynamic and fast paced team environment.


Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Administering the Project in Abergeldie's ERP system, IFS.
  • Provision of document control, maintaining master drawing files, ensuring documents are scanned and uploaded into EDMS systems etc.
  • Assisting with the compilation of documentation for monthly progress claims.
  • Obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and ordering materials as directed.
  • Assisting with the administration of subcontracts.
  • Expenditure tracking, processing daily worksheets, timesheets and delivery dockets.
  • Checking and reconciling invoices as required.
  • Assisting with the preparation of site reporting.
  • Updating and maintaining project registers.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Construction industry card.
  • Car and current C Class drivers license.
  • Advanced skills Microsoft Office suite
