    Leading global investment bank seeking an experienced DCM Analyst / Associate 1 to join their small team of 4 in Sydney.

    This is a newly created role supporting the Head of DCM Australia. Ideally seeking someone at the Senior Analyst / Junior Associate level

    The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support in developing the DCM platform in Sydney as required, including being responsible for production of presentations, RFP's, any other written material required by external and internal clients, maintenance of databases, regular updates on market conditions, financial modelling etc.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development of DCM relationships across the client spectrum

    • Assist in providing tailor-made market updates to clients

    • Preparation of presentation materials for clients

    • Assist in finding debt capital markets based solutions for client problems and presenting to clients

    • Assisting in ratings advisory work, capital analysis and financial analysis, as required.

    • Assist Marketers Debt Capital marketing activities (including analysis of annual reports/financial statements, cash flow modeling for bond transactions)

    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities, audit requirements and established bank approved risk limits

    Experience:


    • 2-5 years experience in a similar capital markets role ideally DCM.

    • Strong eduucational background

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Good Debt markets / fixed income understanding.
