Begin your journey wish us as a
Night Auditor at Westin/Four Points Brisbane. You will complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date. Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.


Who you are and what you need:

  • You will anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manage
  • Operate telephone switchboard station, process requests for wake up calls, and advise guest of any messages.
  • You will maintain customer loyalty through the innovative resolution of issues, with strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Have at least 2 years experience preferably within a high volume environment
  • Opera experience preferred however not required
  • Outstanding relationship building skills
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
  • Passion for the Hospitality Industry
  • Learn, think and grow and continue to evolve in your role
