Digital, Technology, & Data?


The purpose of Digital, Technology, & Data is to design, build and maintain products, services and experiences that Australian's love and trust, while delivering a sustainable future for Australia Post.


What does the role involve?

  • Establish a COE for Design Thinking and lead the practice to embed a customer centered approach to solution design and delivery.
  • Provide input into the development of the digital strategy and roadmap taking into consideration partnering options, ROI, and digital experience.
  • Provide deep insight and advice to BU leaders and Product Managers during the ideation stage.
  • Work collaboratively with Strategy and Product Management teams to define problem statements, research, test, and design highlevel solutions aligned to business strategy.
  • Partners with Technology, Data Labs, Digital, and external vendors to develop and/or exploit new digital business solutions.
  • This person is responsible for leading conversation on UX best practices with internal stakeholders and managing team resourcing and recruitment.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in business solution design or architecture.
  • Extensive experience in solution design and business architecture development.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering customer facing digital products and projects, with a proven record of delivering successful outcomes for both customers and the business.
  • Strong skills in UX architecture, strategy, and balancing business and user needs.
  • Excels in team settings and have experience in interface design, research, product development, and UX Design management.
  • Familiar with methodologies such as UX Design Thinking
  • Experience in agile delivery
