Job Description:

Your new role and how you'll make a difference _**Our Client Services team is now looking for a customer centric and vibrant (bring your pizzazz) somebody to step into the new role of Client Services Advisor - This is a 5 month max term contract (with posibility to extend)


As a Client Services Advisor you'll ensure an exceptional level of customer service to both internal and external customers of illion, delivering quality consultation across all business units.


You'll work on multiple products across the business where you'll be engaged in finding and navigating solutions for a variety of different clients.


Qualifications:

The value-add things you'll be doing_**- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring expectations are met at all times.

  • Assist clients with understanding and interpreting illion reports and scores from, illion Express and illion Direct
  • Growing into a multi skilled problem solver across multiple illion platforms
  • You're the kind of person who is quick to act when and if priorities change

The experience and qualifications you'll need to be successful _**- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills;

  • High attention to detail;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Able to work cohesively in a team environment or on your own
  • Ability to adapt and change tasks at an ad hoc pace while still maintaining cognizance of main priorities
  • Outcome focused with a keen sense of urgency
  • A fire in your belly and a passion for excellent client outcomes.
