THE OPPORTUNITY


The role will lead a team of project and change discipline experts to manage the lifecycle of Continuous Improvement projects from Plan to Embed.

You are a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of successfully leading the delivery of complex change projects.

With strong leadership and strategic skills, you excel at managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and project objectives.


Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

You will have a strategic focus, a thirst for innovation and be solution oriented in all that you do.
