About the role and where you will be working:

This role leads the Technology and Transformation Services team, ensuring a proactive customer serviced approach in the delivery of systems, infrastructure, information, equipment and transformation services to enable the pursuit of organisational goals and strategy.


This will be achieved through active engagement leading to the collaborative development of an Technology and Transformation Strategy and the delivery of that strategy in support of service areas.


This role is located at our central office in Rivervale with the flexibility to work from home a dew days a week.

**We'll also be asking you to: - **- Responsible for the planning, management and delivery of strategic outcomes for SCC(WA)'s Strategic Plan and works collaboratively with employees to achieve those outcomes.

  • Collaboratively develop an Technology and Transformation strategy that will progress the SCC(WA) goals and strategy.
  • Lead the execution of the Technology and Transformation Strategy through a series of projects and programs of works to deliver improvements in Services by utilising technology, and / or business process improvements.
  • Lead Technology and Transformation Services in delivering customer focused and responsive services to enhance the service experience of internal customers.
  • Manage and continue to modernise the infrastructure (including communications) for SCC(WA) in collaboration with other key stakeholders, including mobile phones and computing.
- implement an effective project and program governance process, including project office.

  • Ensure that cyber protection, detection and response capabilities remain current, effective and are regularly reviewed and enhanced, protecting SCC(WA)'s information, access to systems and operating capability.

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and / or relevant practitioner qualification in technology, transformation or project management.
  • Ten years' experience in leading a technology service across systems, infrastructure and transformation.
  • Proven experience in the development and effective execution of a technology and transformation strategy in collaboration with service areas.
  • Experience in the analysis of improvement opportunities, identification of potential areas of improvement and obtaining consensus of future state solutions.
