If you have an interest in the coffee industry, this could be the role for you With offices in Lane Cove NSW, you will be working for an importer of specialty green coffee from around the world who operate with ethics, transparency and fair trade.

The coffee beans are then distributed to roasting partners across Australia.


You will be responsible for managing daily orders and scheduling the delivery of orders with third-party warehouses and logistics companies.


The role:


  • Entering and managing orders using cloudbased software
  • Coordination of delivery of orders with multiple warehouses and freight companies
  • Managing internal delivery schedules
  • Answering office phone calls
  • Coordination and support of the national sales team
  • Maintaining our customer database

To be successful in this role, you will require the following essential criteria:
  • Experience gained in the logistics industry, managing inventory
  • Accurate data entry skills using cloudbased software
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office products to include MS Excel
  • Experience using a Mac is preferred
  • First class communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English is essential
  • Ability to meet tight daily deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills with good problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail, efficiency and the ability to multitask is paramount
  • An interest in the coffee industry is desirable but not essential
