Our client a large truss manufacturer in Drouin, is currently seeking a capable truss manufacturer.


Based in Drouin, our client is an innovative manufacturer driving the evolution of panelised building systems including wall and floor panels, roof and floor trusses, wall frames and ancillary timber products.

Servicing the housing industry since 1980 throughout Melbourne, Gippsland, Mornington Peninsula and the Yarra Valley, our client's philosophy is to supply innovative products, superior technical advice and back up service at a competitive price.

Their reputation in the marketplace is one that speaks for itself, from the small builder to the volume project builder


Continued Growth sees them seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals that are looking for their next challenge within a fast-paced Production Environment.

These positions will commence as Permanent Casual positions, Mon - Fri, with the view to become Permanent after a trial period.

What are we looking for?

  • Persons with a background in Truss and Framing Manufacturing (Steel or Timber)
  • Carpentry or Building knowledge
  • Ability to read and Interpret drawings
  • NC Knowledge (highly desirable)
  • Computer Literate
  • Forklift Operation experience
  • Able to work well within a team environment
