We're seeking a dynamic Marketing co-ordinator to drive our Digital Marketing, Social Content, and Community Sponsorships. If you're a marketing superstar who thrives on co-ordinating and creating impactyful campaigns, this role is for you.


What are some of the things you will be responsible for?

  • Working with the Marketing Manager on the brands digital marketing strategy across residential, commercial, and offplan purchases
  • Developing monthly content and building content calendeers across all social media channels
  • Coordinating and crafting engaging blog content, including bvriefing copywriter
  • Managing partnershipsw and sponsorships with local community groups and individuals
  • Utilising tools such as Facebook Ads, Canva, Active Campaign, WordPress, and social media scheduling platforms
  • Producing reports on campaign results and performance metrics
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with CRM platform integrations, website upgrades, and data management
  • Collaborating with creative agency to produce content for the brand
  • Collaborate closely with real estate agents to create and execute their individual marketing strategies, including monthly reporting


This position reports into our General Manager and works closely with the Digital Content and Community Specialist and in-house Graphic Designer.


Some of the things you need to bring:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role along with relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of digital landscape including trends and technology
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and structuring content for digital & social channels that deliver business outcomes
  • Experience managing Paid media channels, ideally with expertise in social, PPC or both
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics, SEO, SEM and reporting
  • Working knowledge of CRM's, HTML & CSS
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail (especially for proof reading)
  • Keen eye for design with a creative flair
  • Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders
  • Positive, can do, work hard, play hard attitude
