The Role


This is an incredible opportunity to get your foot in the door of a leading Property Developer at ground level.

There is a structured career path and unlimited opportunity that will see you progress through the Marketing ranks and develop at both a professional and personal level.


You will report to the Marketing Manager and your responsibilities will be diverse and vast and include supporting the team with brand management, digital marketing, liaising with external agencies and suppliers, coordinating activations and events, liaising with the sales and development teams, market research and competitor analysis, analysis and reporting of data, social media and website maintenance, assisting with marketing campaigns and content ideation and creation and much more.


Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or the equivalent is a prerequisite
  • Ideally you are a Marketing grad with some prior experience in the residential Property Development (OR Residential Construction) industry, either as an intern, contractor or previous role.
  • Alternatively we are looking for people who are passionate about developing a career within Residential Property Development and can demonstrate an understanding of the industry and articulate why they are interested in it
  • Computer literate and highly skilled specifically in Microsoft Office, with experience in the Adobe Creative Cloud highly regarded. Strong general computer literacy, for example the ability to pick up a new CRM, and proficiency in web and social platforms
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills as you will be expected to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
