As an analyst you will play an integral role in our team, conducting comprehensive analysis, development of client documentation and contribute to our continuous growth. If you have a passion for commercial property, exceptional analytical skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment, we would love to hear from you.**About the role:
  • Preparation of submissions, information memorandums and client presentations.
  • Provide analysis of opportunities and recommendations as to how to approach based on client request.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients, assisting where required throughout the transaction process.
  • Analysis of client portfolios with projected lease expiry
  • Analysis of major occupier footprints and projected lease expiries
  • Bespoke market presentations on a client by client basis Participate in industry specific professional association activities.**About you:
  • A keen interest in Commercial Property is essential
  • Tertiary qualification in Property related field is beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce and InDesign is highly beneficial
  • Ideally experience within the property or commerce industry
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues**So, what's in it for you?
