About the company:

Our client is a not for profit organisation established in 2015. You'll be joining the Adelaide office and supporting the company's mission of developing technology across the medical industry.


The position:


We are seeking an Admin and Events officer who enjoys working autonomously working closely with the company director, you will support with general admin duties and be involved in the organisation and coordination of cooperate events and presentations.

No two days will be the same

Your duties will include;

  • Manage the calendar and appointments for the entire Adelaide team
  • Ordering office supplies and handle all deliveries
  • Organise company documents and files and prepare presentations
  • Liaise with vendors and clients regarding upcoming presentations and events
  • Assisting with other administrative and projectbased tasks as needed.
  • Daily MS office use
