The Organisation

This leading Accounting and Advisory firm with a strong history for excellence is looking for a standout Client Service Manager who brings a wealth of experience and energy to a strong team.

The Position

Key tasks include:_
Manage a capable and confident team of Administrators (workload, development, growth etc)
ATO Portal (ABN, TFN, PAYG, GST etc)
ASIC Portal and daily use of Now Infinity (Annual Statements, Transfer of Shares, Changes etc.)
High level administration and compliance
Overseeing the set Up of new clients, engagement letters, proposals and reports
Client engagement, build and strengthen relationships throughout the firm
Invoicing and Disbursements

T

he Person

You will need for this role:_
Previous high level administration experience
Proactive and organised individual ready to take on challenges
Background in professional services/accounting/ law is highly advantageous
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word & Excel
Proficient in ATO/ASIC Portal, NowInfinity or Cas360 knowledge
Ability to manage the administration team and the broader firm
