Digital Marketing Specialist - PPC/SEO

We are assisting our client, a group with 5 subsidiaries within various industries.


This is a fast paced environment which is perfect for that person who thrives on developing and implementing new strategies and recommendations whilst collaborating with other marketing team members.


The Role


Reporting to the Group Ecommerce Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be an advocate and go-to expert for a wide range of digital marketing-related activities, projects and initiatives spanning SEO (On-site, On-site, Technical and Content), PPC, and paid Socials.

The main responsiblity of this role with be the function of Pay Per Click Specialist.

It will be your responsibility to design and execute strategies to improve the overall inbound traffic, improve customer engagement and site conversion.

Ultimately to make certain that each business meets its pre-determined growth goals.

  • Use strategy, planning and execution for digital marketing campaigns
  • PPC campaigns in Google AdWords, and all social and other platforms
  • SEO, per click, socials, display inbound/outbound marketing campaigns
  • Create content and digital marketing campaigns
  • Site audits and reports
  • Data analysis
  • Collobarate with the internal teams regarding digital marketing goals
  • Monitor all marketing campaign performance and provide reports
  • Manage digital advertising budget/spend, including bid management
  • Keep abreast of competitor activity and industry trends and search engine algorithms
  • Collaborate with sales and account team members
  • Assign tasks and oversee skill level appropriate tasks for team members

To be Successful:


  • 5+ years experience in high budget value digital marketing including SEO, PPC, (and social media marketing)
  • Demonstrated experience and success managing assets for multiple brands of a business group
  • Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Shopify, etc
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google Page Speed Insights, Google Data Studio, and other thirdparty SEO reporting tools (SEMrush, etc.).
  • Understanding of the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising platforms
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications (desireable)
  • Strong computer skillset including MS Suite (Excel, etc)
  • Deep experience with inbound strategies is required.
  • Ability to build reporting based off web behaviour and key SEO metrics.
  • Strong creative aptitude, including a keen eye for design and copywriting.
  • Excellent visual and verbal presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of lead generation website and eCommerce best practices, together with web development process and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Strategic mindset, multi tasker, problem solver & high attention to detail
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Problemsolving mindset with high attention to detail
  • Some Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML is desirable
