Mako Field Manager to join our team in
Perth, WA.

Responsibilities:
- Motivating the team to deliver on the longterm strategy of the Mako team and Mako system
- Engaging, coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience
- Supporting and holding the team accountable, driving engagement, development and culture
- Work with the Joint replacement team to ensure strategy alignment, educational support and facilitate sales demand
Skills & Requirements:
- Exposure to medical environments, particular theatre
- Technical proficiency including product knowledge, knowledge of the medical and hospital industries to provide technical expertise and training to staff and clients
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to successfully coach and develop teams.
- Strong results orientation and ability to demonstrate experience achieving targets.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communications skills including strong presentation skills.
- Ultimately a people person that naturally builds genuine relationships.
