As the National Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success by implementing effective strategies, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring exceptional recruitment services are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, expand market presence, and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and client segments to expand our client base and enhance business prospects.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set ambitious goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
- Regularly analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Define team goals, performance expectations, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement among the recruitment teams.
- Provide guidance and support to the teams, facilitating their professional development and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor compliance with internal and external guidelines and address any issues promptly.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics, team performance, and business outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, showcasing achievements, identifying challenges, and proposing action plans for improvement.
- Introduce innovative tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior managerial role within the recruitment industry or similar industry, with a demonstrated track record of business growth and team management.
- Deep understanding of recruitment practices, talent acquisition strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
