About You

  • You have demonstrated customer service skills and experience in office administration.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and are able to liaise with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

What you'll be doing


The Administration Support Officer provides a comprehensive range of high-level administrative and public/customer relation support functions to support the achievement of the unit/department outcomes.

The position operates in a very busy and often stressful environment of high volume and interruption, where you will be required to use your judgement making skills in a timely manner.

These positions are within the Emergency Department of Gosford Hospital.

The Emergency Department is a 24 hour, 7 day week service where team members are required to work across day, afternoon and overnight shifts Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays.
