The Position
An exciting 3 month contract Talent Acquisition Specialist position, reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will require an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working part of a team.

You will be flexible, with a long-term focus and proactive outlook towards the recruitment process, as this position will involve the full remit of internal recruitment services for corporate and and operational positions.

Key Responsibilities

Endtoend recruitment activities to support a national portfolio across the businesses operations focusing on transactional, operational and salaried roles for portfolios such as professional, logistics, supply chain, retail operations, and IT positions;
Partner with the current Talent Manager to provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders to driver strategic and transformational change throughout the business;
Manage recruitment activities including sourcing and creation of talent pipelines including employment requisitions, position descriptions and job advertisements;
Communicate appointments with relevant stakeholders to ensure a positive onboarding experience has occurred and been delivered.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an internal recruitment or agency recruitment role
Ability to multitask and work at a high volume and fast pace, you are wellversed in all strategic and operational components of internal recruitment and used to working to tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, in conjunction with logical and systematic problemsolving skills.

This 3 month contract role will be working from the Chadstone office with the flexibility to work from home.
