Job Description:


The Digital Engineering team is a well-established group that focuses on delivering CAD, GIS, BIM and visualisation services across an array of exciting multi-discipline infrastructure projects.


As a Revit Modeller, you will be joining the large, multidisciplinary Digital Engineering team in our busy Melbourne office, working with an innovative, market leading team and delivering some of the best project across Victoria, Australia and New Zealand and Internationally by utilising the latest technologies, processes and systems to "Invent the future".


To be successful in this role, you will have experience authoring geometrically accurate designs across various roads and highways projects - in a timely and efficient manner.


Your day to day role will include:

  • Production of designs in Revit to a high standard of specification and presentation/outputs.
  • Provision of technical expertise to suit client needs.
  • Undertakes and produces appropriate 3D models and 2D outputs for production, documentation and other technical work tasks to agreed schedule including; BIM, standards (AECOM, client and project), and in accordance with the project plan.
  • Contributes to a complete and integrated set of digital project content by working cooperatively with team members both locally and abroad.

Qualifications:


  • Proven and confident experience in successfully leading design functions within project teams
  • Confident knowledge and skillset in use of Revit across major Civil Infrastructure projects (ideally from 3 years +)
  • Understanding and prior exposure to VicRoads standards and project frameworks
  • Excellent design verification and checking ability.
  • Experience in the production of design and drawings to high standard of specification and presentation.
  • Professional affiliation (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in either 12D, Civil 3D, Bentley MX, OpenRoads
  • Additionally, Navisworks, Dynamo & Infraworks experience would be viewed as extremely beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Design or similar qualification
