The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing a team of Recruitment/Associate Consultants and a recruitment team lead; ensuring that they meet the requirements of internal stakeholders and external customers, meet their daily activity KPI's as well as fostering an environment built on an energetic and customer-centric culture.

- Maintain accurate and complete data within the National Recruitment Hub SharePoint, along with client systems.
- Ensure delivery of recruitment services required.
- Ensure all required recruitment activities and processes are followed and remediation actions are formulated and executed to close compliance gaps.
- Developing recruitment plans and strategies to maximise fill rates.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of demand cycles and ensure delivery standards and expectations are met.
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure highest quality outcomes and best practice is achieved locally and complies nationally.
- Maintain and promote the Adecco Values and culture and strongly contribute towards the 'growth' of the Team.
- Identify, investigate, and support the implementation of continual improvements to recruitment processes to deliver a simple, practical and 'fit for purpose' solution.
- Assist in creation and implementation of business strategy for recruitment.
- Ensure appropriately skilled and work ready associates are attracted and associate engagement remains high.
- Ensure maintenance of Databases including management and cleansing of Database.
Profile
- Recruitment Industry experience such as volume recruitment
- Customer centricity across variety of industries
- Proven people management experience and expertise
- Talent Acquisition experience
- Capable and passionate people manager
- Confident and strong presenter
- Strong attention to detail and well developed organisational skills
- Highly customer focused
- Ability to negotiate and liaise across multiple levels of stakeholders
- Ability to drive cultural change and build sales capability
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Systems training and exposure e.g Salesforce, PeopleSoft, ImmiAccount, Workpro etc
- Ability to train/mentor/coach others
