This highly successful luxury consumer goods organisation is looking for a motivated and dedicated Accounts Payable Officer who is seeking to gain further experience and develop their career.

Due to massive growth in their business, they are looking for a proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join the team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have a broad and varied range of responsibilities including:


  • Process daily invoices and purchase orders
  • Schedule EFT pay runs (domestic and foreign)
  • Verify and process employee expense claims
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Support the month end process
  • Respond to and resolve queries
  • Assist with system improvements and ad hoc projects


To be successful for this position, you will have a minimum of 2+ years in an Accounts Payable role, ideally from a company with inventory/stock.

You will also be confident in problem solving and meeting deadlines, with excellent communication skills.
