You will support the organisation as it rapidly shifts workloads and end-user modality to Identity-based solutions aligned with Microsoft offerings and other select Saa S providers.
You will spearhead implementation of strategic technologies to enable Perpetual to achieve its business objectives while owning any tactical solution and ensuring their strategic alignment.
About the role Project delivery and technology implementation Lead Identity projects, ensuring alignment with IAM strategies, frameworks, policies, and practices.
Provide low-level design input to key Identity projects and initiatives.Drive automated user provisioning, role assignment and attribute propagation across all Perpetual platforms.
Drive automation across AD and AAD management with a focus on Microsoft and Azure Dev Ops technologies.
Automate PKI Certificate management across public and internal facing services.
Streamline and automation where possible all aspects of Identity lifecycle management and governance across all Perpetual platforms.
Play a key role in solution design, delivery, and documentation of all Identity and Access Provisioning and Identity Governance projects.
Service lifecycle governance Provide input into roadmaps and plans for Identity Services.Collaborate with ITSM SMEs to create and maintain AD, PKI DNS, related KBA's and create/streamline request forms.
Service and Security Improvement Identify and act on areas for service and security improvement across the Identity, Access Management and Governance environments.
Identify and act on areas for service and security improvement across the Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD and PKI infrastructure.
Align processes and security baselines with industry security best practises and frameworks such as CIS, ISM and MS RAMP.Operations Support Provide support and administration across the Identity, Access Management and Governance environments.

About you Bachelor's degree with strong academic record or similar.
Microsoft Azure certifications highly desirable.
Minimum of ten years of experience in IT roles with a minimum three years' experience in a similar role.
Experience in identity provisioning, attestation, and federated identities Experience in securing Windows environments, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Experience liaising with product vendors to drive outcomes for customers Good knowledge of technology across applications, databases, operating systems, hypervisors, storage cloud and backups Experience in working in a multi-vendor environment would be advantageous Excellent attention to detail to ensure information is accurate and current Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and consultative skills, and the ability to communicate concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Exhibit excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives.
