Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for customer enquiries and requests, providing high quality, friendly, accurate and efficient service.

Our Customer Service Officers are very knowledgeable about the functions and services of council providing assistance across all aspects of council.

To be successful, you will have great communication and interpersonal skills, along with previous contact / call centre experience which a focus on service excellence.

You will be able too demonstrate patience, an understanding of customer needs and problem solving skills.

You will also have effective and efficient computer skills, be familiar with using systems for data entry and search purposes and understand what it is like working as a contact centre team member being KPI focused.

A comprehensive induction and training program will be provided and you will receive ongoing coaching and mentoring in a supportive and progressive environment.

The successful applicant is required to complete a pre-employment health declaration, a national criminal history check and provide proof of their Covid-19 vaccination.
